This privacy policy applies to the togethee app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Firat Tekin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
When you share an image (or other content) with a paired partner, that content is uploaded to our servers so it can be delivered to your partner's home-screen widget. Shared content is intended only for your currently paired partner and is not made public.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Shared text and images are delivered to your paired partner as part of the core product experience. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the App.
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can stop most collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device or the app marketplace.
Delete My Data (in-app): You can permanently delete your account and related personal data from within the App (Profile → Delete my data). When you confirm deletion, we:
After deletion, opening the App again on the same device creates a new account. App Store / Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when you delete your data; you must manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us at the email below. We may need to verify your request before responding.
On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in system settings. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID / App Store settings.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries where permitted by applicable law.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Shared images follow the retention rules in Section 1.4: they are kept for a maximum of one week on both the partner widget and our servers, deleted from our servers when removed from the widget, and deleted when pairing ends. If you use Delete My Data, we delete your account and related shared content as described in Section 5.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
